Flooring & Siding:
The key to solid wood flooring is to use dry wood and acclimate the product to your home’s humidity prior to install. Our inventory of recycled Douglas Fir is dry and we select the highest grade timbers to produce flooring. Last Mountain Timber is equipped to do volume runs of Tongue and Groove flooring, siding and ceiling deck with or without V-Groove. We can also produce Shiplap siding There is no order too big or too small.
Most recently we have been producing one style of flooring from recycled Douglas Fir Glulam. The finished product highlights the scarf joints from the first use of the wood along with tiny aluminum nails used to secure the scarf joints as the original beams were built. These pin nails do not harm our machines and they add a touch of “bling”.
We are also in the development stages of producing our own engineered flooring in clear Douglas Fir, Western Larch and Birch. Stay Tuned
Baseboard and Casing:(With or without Plinth Blocks)
We are the place to get solid wood, custom moulding and trim. We can often match an existing sample for repairs and renovations.
