A: We are a cut-to-order wood business. We need to understand your needs (Sizing, Species, & Finish) to get you pricing options. Send us your material list or call us for what we have as options and best pricing.
Q: What Info do I need to provide to get a quote?
A: The info needed for a quote can vary depending on the type of project you’re starting. A few things to consider for any project are sizing, species, dryness, and strength. If you’re unsure of where to start give our office a call, and we can help sort out your wants and needs and get you the best product for your specific project. If you are looking for timber and lumber only, send us a material list: Number of pieces – thickness” x width” x length’. If you are looking for us to build, send us your plans or call to begin the process.
Q: Is the yard open to the public?
A: Yes. We welcome everyone to come and see all we have to offer. If you are driving a distance to get to LMT we recommend giving us a call beforehand (306)501-0637 to ensure we aren’t on a job site, and that there is someone here to assist you when you arrive.
Q: If I don’t know exactly what I want, how do I start?
A: Simply make an appointment! Just give us a call or email and we can set up an appointment time that works for you. We also make weekend appointments if you are unable to make it during the week, we understand that life is busy and everyone is working!
Q: Can I bring my own wood to be milled or to be used in my project?
A: Yes, we can process material that you supply if it is not treated and if it is clean and free of frozen mud and rocks.
Q: Can you rush my order?
A: Sometimes we can expedite orders depending on the workload in our shop, sometimes this may not be possible. If you need a faster-than-usual turnaround time, please mention this early in the process.
