Though Last Mountain Timber uses and sells only recycled wood, we layer our direct approach to the earth by planting thousands of trees.  To date, there have been over three-quarters of a million seedlings planted in hopes of buffering the damage that we continue to do to the air, land and water. 

We also buy wind energy, for the first time very recently offered by SaskPower, to supply the power tools that help craft the wood at Last Mountain Timber.  We know that other actions that we, as individuals and as a company, perform are contradictory to the above praises but we are aware of most and will continue to strive for balance on this beautiful planet.
